Heritage Extractions

Donor pseudocode archive. When src/ was deleted in R53 the core algorithms were extracted here as reference material for each Greek concept and adjacent subsystem. HERITAGE zone per CLAUDE.md §9.2 — read for intent, do not cite as current Colibri behavior without cross-checking colibri-system.md.

Organization

Files are named <concept>-extraction.md. Coverage spans the 15 Greek concepts (α β γ δ ε ζ η θ ι κ λ μ ν ξ π) plus donor subsystems (CogniMesh RAG + admin/batch/threads, domain-level function maps, middleware chain, security, observability, AI advisory, autonomous pipeline, economy simulation, Elder-state prompt security, and CKamal-donor approval/document/routine helpers).
